Imperato #1 Independent Candidate US 2008 Presidential Race Speaks on Domestic Policy for Social Security & Greenberg, Gates, and Buffett

West Palm Beach, FL – December 22, 2006 – After a return from a long trip from London, the Middle East and Europe, Imperato stands up to make another bold statement pertaining to Social Security.

“The statement that I will make on social security was broached during my CSPAN Washington DC Press Conference regarding the implementation of contribution caps and the elimination of unregulated 501(c)3 organizations.”

“I call on the people of the USA to stand up and to rally behind me and support my efforts for the 2008 White House seat as President of the USA . I am committed to delivering US policies that will in my opinion open up the eyes of the American people, create jobs, and solve issues in our country that are more important to our people. While our leadership in Washington is too busy trying to figure out the Iraq situation, they have let down our country on society security and healthcare. It has been brought to my attention by many of my supporters that my international and foreign policy capabilities are by far the most outstanding, comparing my experience to others around the globe. But that our country needs the solutions that I have for the United States as well.”

“I call on my brothers and sisters to hear out the continuing of my CSPAN broadcast social security.”

“Referring to the London Financial Times, December 22, 2006, page 4, “Greenberg charitable fund could top $20bn”, where their fund will provide medical care to impoverished communities in Africa and Asia. First of all, I say that Africa has plenty of funds pertaining to their oil reserves and that the continent of Africa needs to band together to create a fund to support their own impoverished communities. After all, Africa, as a continent, has more natural resources reserves than most. The problem with Africa is that the majority of the leadership and governance is in appropriate and the billions of dollars being stolen from the natural resource sector is the majority cause of the poverty. Their governance needs to be in order.”

“In the Asia-Pacific, China with $900 billion in cash, natural resources as much as most, a huge growing economy with plenty of cash, should take the responsibility to invest in the Asia-Pacific countries to collectively organize a group of the Asia-Pacific countries to address the impoverished communities.”

“I, Daniel Imperato, on December 22, 2006 stand up to the American people to say I’ve had enough. The tax deductible funds are a diversion from the billionaires and the United States of America’s income tax payments, allowing tax deductible contributions to go to private foundations under their control without any government scrutiny watching the distribution of funds or guaranteeing that the tax deductible contributions are being spent properly.”

“The aim for these three billionaires, who collectively put up $75 billion, should be to take the responsibility they have to the American people and show the American people thanks for the fact that the majority of their money was made on the back of the American people. Those $75 billion contributions should not be contributed to tax deductible foundations that are not beneficial to the US and its people. The funds will be spent outside the US, and the people who helped these billionaires become billionaires don’t get any help. This has to stop. I say that Greenberg, Gates, and Buffett and the rest of them should be ashamed.”

“When I become president, I will cap the contributions to non-profit organizations. I will regulate the nonprofit organizations similarly to the SEC. I will hold accountable the Board of Directors and officers of nonprofits pertaining to the distributions of funds. I will also implement a rating system based upon the size, strength, application of the foundation’s purpose for the use of funds.”

“I say get rid the nonprofit organizations that are crooked. Hold their feet to the fire. Make accountability priority #1, pertaining to the owners and directors of these foundations and close the ones that are fraudulent. Cap the contributions on the small foundations that are being run improperly and regulate the major foundations to make sure that the money is spent properly and wisely for the benefit of the people. I say that we should spend the money on the people of the United States and not the rest of the world.”

“I standup today December 22, 2006, to give a plan, a Christmas gift to the people of the US, by way of my commitment as your next President, to implement the one and only uncapped 501(c)3 nonprofit organization regulated by Government that will accept tax deductible contributions to the Social Security Fund to secure the life of the Social Security system. We must hold accountable the billionaires who made money off the backs of the American people, which in my opinion, are the ones that deserve the extra help.”

“If we as the United States had $75 billion more, how would our balance sheet look? If we, the United States implemented policy that has been described by me December 22, 2006, I believe that there is hope for the revitalization of the system. America needs someone to step up, and care for the people, and I, Daniel Imperato, will be that someone, all the time, and every time.”

“We the people, who created these huge companies, the people that invested in the stocks that allowed these people to become billionaires, now are watching our money go to their private foundations so that they can be used for their purposes in Asia and Africa.”

“No uncapped contributions should go anywhere else but the Social Security Fund, for the people.”
“Happy Holidays. God Bless All. I look forward to the 2008 campaign trail and call on your support to help me achieve the White House seat to implement this system which I feel is the right system and the greatest gift to give back to the elderly people who deserve it the most.”

2008 Presidential Candidate Speaks on Egypt and Praises Mubarak

London, England – December 18, 2006 – After several days in Cairo, Egypt, 2008 Independent Presidential Candidate, Daniel Imperato commented on the advice he received from his hosts and the understanding that he gained about the people of Egypt and the US expatriates living there.

Imperato said that he found the majority of the people in Egypt want peace. “There is a big is misunderstanding between politics, US foreign policy, and the reality of the Middle East including Egypt. We, the ordinary people, must call out for a peaceful dialog and understanding of each other’s cultures, roots, and religion.”

What most surprised Mr. Imperato, was that the Egyptians celebrate the Christmas season.

“I was touring Alexandria and Cairo and discovered Christmas trees and ginger bread houses everywhere. In fact, there were several on each floor of the hotels. This was moving to me. I hope to tell my fellow Americans about this. We are loved and respected by Egypt and its Christian and Muslim communities.”

Also while in Egypt, Imperato noticed how peaceful the country seemed and commented on the wonderful job being done by Egyptian President, Hosni Mubarak.

“The United States has a great friend in Egypt and President Mubarak; who has done a great job keeping peace in his country and growing their economy. But most importantly, he has supported his people’s freedom of religion and has ensured that people could celebrate their holidays without religious disputes.”

Imperato went on to praise the Egyptian people for their civil progress.

He then spoke on the growing numbers of US expatriates living overseas.

“I met with US expatriates, Navy personnel who explained that their posts were up and when they went home to the U.S.A.; they weren’t able to get a job. So they returned to Egypt in order to have local work. We must help our military get retrained and have job opportunities when they return home. This is essential.”
In addition, Imperato called it “outrageous” that in some U.S. states the word ‘Christmas’ is becoming a banned or negative word.

“When I was in Egypt, Christmas was a great word. It was the pleasure of the Egyptian community to celebrate Christmas. We have a huge misunderstanding. We are all human beings. Americans must stand up for our great nation and defend peace and give thanks. We need dialog and our leadership has none. That’s why I need your vote in 2008, because I will bring back morals, respect, and revive America.”

Daniel Imperato Salutes America’s Last Independent President George Washington

Cairo, Egypt – December 14, 2006 – Today, 2008 Independent Presidential Candidate, Daniel Imperato, in the middle of his travels to Egypt, took the time to pay homage America’s last Independent President, George Washington, on the anniversary of his death at Mount Vernon on December 14, 1799.

“I want everyone to remember what a great man George Washington was on this day. His wisdom for our country was ahead of his time, and the precedents that he set for our nation are still in place today,” commented Imperato.

Washington, who was a business man, planter, and land owner, felt exploited by British merchants and hampered by British regulations in his business dealings. From those roots he was eventually elected to the Second Continental Congress and elected Commander in Chief of the Continental Army.

After winning independence for our nation, George Washington became the first President of the United States of America. He warned of the dangers of a two party system, and was in the truest sense of the word, an independent.

To his disappointment, two parties were developing by the end of his first term. Wearied of politics, feeling old, he retired at the end of his second. In his Farewell Address, he urged his countrymen to forswear excessive party spirit and geographical distinctions.

“On this day of remembrance, I hope and pray that America can heed the words of our Forefather and greatest leader, George Washington. We have a responsibility, as Americans, to preserve our liberties, and to keep lit the torch of freedom and independence that George Washington lit for us some 200 years ago.”

Breaking News: Cairo, Egypt: Daniel Imperato Saves 4 boys Lives from Massive Car Accident between Cairo and Alexandria

Cairo, Egypt – December 12, 2006 – While on a twilight car ride on the Cairo-Alexandria Road, 60 miles outside Alexandria, Egypt, 2008 US Presidential Candidate, Daniel Imperato did what any human being would do after seeing an ongoing vehicle flip 3 times in the air. He reacted.

After instructing his driver, Abu Nasser, to pull over, Imperato called the ambulance and flagged down several trucks to beam their lights on the marsh, so that the car and any survivors could be recognized.

Once the car had been identified, ambulance crews spent more than an hour, along with Imperato, before pulling out the 4 boys that were trapped.

The four boys were all able to identify themselves by name and provide home addresses. Of the four boys, three were Muslims and one was Christian.

“I, along with Abu Nasser, send out my prayers to the four boys: Alah, Remon-Salah, Abdul Hamid Ali-Ahmed, and Mohammed Kamel-Salah. I hope that they arrive safely to the hospital and have a speedy recovery.”

According to Imperato, one of the boys appeared to have broken his back; another was bleeding profusely from the side of his face and suffered a major head injury. The other two, except for minor cuts and bruises, were able to walk under their own volition after the accident.

“In times of emergencies, there are no barriers. No one asked whether they were saving Muslims, Christians, or Jews. People only wanted to help save the lives of innocent human beings. In the end, that’s what counts.”

This act clearly demonstrates that “The People’s President” Daniel Imperato can show the world that Muslims and Christians are alike and can be brought together to save human beings. All of this comes on the heels of Daniel Imperato’s call for cease fire and peace in the world.

More coverage on this breaking news item will be featured in the Egyptian Newspaper Messahat, who also arrived on the scene.
