‘Has-Been’ Hillary and ‘No-More’ Gore

West Palm Beach, FL – January 19, 2006 – After prominent democrats Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY) and former Vice President Al Gore (D-TN) used the pulpit for profit during their Martin Luther King Day addresses, ‘The Peoples President’ of 2008 ( www.thepeoplespresident2008.com ), Daniel Imperato stood up and defended the integrity of our nation against the politicians who demean it with comments relating to slavery and comments that show the hypocrisy of our former leaders.

“I stand up to tell the American people today that the Democratic Party, particularly Al Gore and Hillary Clinton, has no right defaming or destroying our administration and George W. Bush our president. The fact of the matter is that Hillary Clinton is a has-been, and should retire from politics and solely focus on being a good mother to her daughter,” said Imperato.

Imperato felt that the past baggage brought by Hillary’s husband, Bill Clinton, should not be welcome at the White House.

“Her well known ex-President Bill Clinton has created such an inappropriate image of the White House and the Oval Office, that he should not be able to enter back into that office and he should be ashamed of himself to do so,” stated Imperato.

The Clintons were once respected by Imperato, but due to their exploitation of political power, that is no longer the case.

“I had great respect for Bill Clinton while he was Governor of Arkansas and President of the United States up until the Lewinsky scandal, and great respect for Hillary Clinton, his wife, as a first lady, especially in light of the fact that she went through what she went through in the Oval Office,” expressed Imperato.

“This brings to my attention the clear point that must be brought to the American people. The Clinton’s are part of the ping pong game that’s been played with the United States of America, the rest of the world, and the people of the United States of America.”

Imperato feels that Bill and Hillary Clinton are “playing both sides” and will do anything that serves their political interests.

“While Bill Clinton continues to trot the globe spending millions of dollars of other people’s money claiming to be some type of peacemaker, he is also at the same time demeaning our administration and George Bush,” commented Imperato.

“While he stands on the same side as George Bush Sr. and stands in between George Bush Jr. and his father and clams to be a friend of the White House administration, always willing to help the administration like he did with Katrina, his wife always thrashes our administration, which just goes to show you what the democratic party is all about and what politics and politicians are all about. I stand up for the American people and I beg for the people to realize that we must take the politicians out of the White House.”

In more recent times, the American public has grown weary of ‘good-old-boy’ Washington politics. This has been highlighted by the recent lobbyist scandal of Jack Abramoff, and all of the corruption that plagues our nation’s capital.

Imperato voiced his opinion about politicians.

“These people are inappropriate; they play games that enable them to pat each other on the back when needed, and stab each other in the back on the other side. This is disgraceful, obnoxious and it cannot go on if we want to build a strong, prosperous, and respected country in the eyes of the people of the world,” asserted Imperato.

As an example of corruption, Imperato pointed to Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton, and how they have used The Clinton Foundation, the Democratic Party, as well as a host of other groups for their own benefit.

“Hillary Clinton is riding off the coattails of Bill Clinton’s money being spent of other peoples and donors. There is so much of a mix of money and an abuse of power that it is utterly ridiculous to think that these two should be able to put down our presidency,” stated Imperato.

Additionally, Imperato criticized Al Gore, who, during a Martin Luther King Day speech, lambasted George W. Bush for NSA wiretaps that were less intrusive than the unauthorized, non court-ordered, physical searches authorized by the Clinton-Gore administration

However, Imperato felt that the administration should not arbitrarily use the power of wiretapping for everyday citizens.

“While I stand up to say that I do agree with the availability of our government to use selected wire tapping for our security, I do not believe that our president and our administration should have the right to listen to private phone calls and to randomly listen to everyday citizens’ telephone lines for their own convenience,” explained Imperato.

Imperato asserted that the government could use the wiretaps to spy on people who seek change in America, such as himself.

“I agree that the abuse of privilege by our administration of George Bush is clear because not only my phones but other phones have been listened to pertaining to calls that I’ve made overseas and less than 24 hours later I hear my words spoken on TV. I am a clear target pertaining to my phone being tapped because of who I am and what I am getting ready to do for this country and for the people of the United States of America,” stated Imperato.

The “nonsense”, according to Imperato, has to stop with the politicians in our country.

“I will stand for no more nonsense and I will stand for what’s right for the people. I am disgusted and tired of listening to the rhetoric of our administration, the Republicans, and the Democrats, all bickering and wasting billions of dollars of taxpayer’s money,” said Imperato.

Imperato suggested that the politicians cannot represent the people while they live in paradise and the people live in poverty.

“In the mean time, I see poor people on the street that can’t afford to eat. I see that families have two workers, both the mother and father, so that the children are left to fend for themselves. At the same time these politicians live high off the hog, combing the monies, and are lying to the public, abusing power and privilege, and playing a ping pong game which is, in my opinion, a clear mirage for the United States and its people,” explained Imperato.

Subsequently, Imperato stated that the behavior of our politicians has cost our nation respect in the global scene.

“The countries around the world are looking at us and laughing. We are a mess. I stand up to tell the people that the Democrats and the Republicans have made a mess out of our country, have put us in debt to the tune of some $8 trillion + which equals to each individual person being in debt for 27k+ each,” stated Imperato.

Imperato wanted the people of the United States of America to know his pledge.

“Mark my words, as the next president of the United States of America, I will curb spending, tighten the belt, create peace and not war. I will clean house. I will change the face of America. I will Revive America. I will bring back the morals and principles and integrity of our country. I will stand for no nonsense both nationally and internationally. I will draw the line in the sand to protect the people of the United States of America against the abuse of power and the utilization of taxpayer’s money to be spent on outrageous meetings flights, discussions, and paperwork,” asserted Imperato.

Telecommunications and infrastructure, not the Iraq war, was what Imperato felt the $277 billion should be spent on.

“Government must shrink. Government must get under control. The United States Government should be spending money on telecommunications infrastructure, upgrading the capabilities of our country, reducing the employment base of our country, and realizing our telecommunications capabilities to be able to handle the future of what our government needs. We need to be a viable government, an effective government, and a government that can keep up with the pace of the telecommunications,” said Imperato.

Whether it’s the war in Iraq or whether it is government waste, Imperato believes that taxpayer money should be spent on human capital and education instead.

“In addition, we must stand strong and we must work with our people who are government employees, and train them and upgrade them instead of continuing to use taxpayer money to keep shuffling, to keep double shuffling, and to keep on misrepresenting the people. Our government infrastructure is going backwards. Our employee education within our government infrastructure is down. Our country needs a revival and I am willing to stand up for the United States of America and our people to do so.”

Imperato finished his statement with the following remarks, “I call on the Clinton’s to resign from politics and the abuse of power. I call on Al Gore to stop flexing his muscles when his muscles are weak. Al Gore, I have respect for you as a human being, but as a politician, its over. Its time for an independent president of the United States of America to act independently on behalf of the people of the United States of America and that’s all.”
